Processing, assembly and wiring
Production involves assembly of the structure, chasing the component holding panels (with automatic systems interfaced with CAD), assembly and mechanical fastening to standard of all the electrical/electronic equipment with its support accessories and identification plating of each element, preparation of the wiring conductor channels and support systems for the bars and power cables.
At the same time, conductors are set up for wiring with cutting, numbering and termination of the terminals, including automatic crimping; this is followed by systematic wiring of each connection. In tandem, prefabrication is carried out to measure of the bars and their power leads and/or bridges in cabling which are then assembled and connected to state-of-the-art standards. Tightening of the power contact points is carried out with torque wrenches and individually marked for testing.
